We had our health transformed back in 2017. We suffered with obesity. We were medically diagnosed with such hormonal imbalances including Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism (Brian) and Endometriosis (Melinda) and Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) (Melinda). In addition, Melinda was medically diagnosed with Exercise Induced Asthma. Brian also was medically diagnosed with high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. We were not getting better nor was satisfied with the path conventional medicine was providing. We were blessed to have our paths crossed with some individuals who helped us see there was hope and holistic ways to empower our body. We did! As a result, we now provide assistance to those who looking for alternative holistic services to take control of their health and wellness.

I was able to lose 50 lbs and keep it off, my doctors have cleared me of hormonal imbalances along with PCOS and Endometriosis. Per my husband's doctor, his thyroid has stabilized, his blood sugar maintains, and his cholesterol is back in balance. But only the body is capable to heal itself. You have to make the right choices to empower your body, mind and spirit. We did and are ready to help others needing that help.
